Carlos Tevez
Was just checking the Argentine scores at weekend as I do and noticed that Carlos Tevez had scored the winner in Bocas game. Looked at the leading scorers table and found he was 4th highest scorer in the league - not too shabby at 36 is it? Had a look at his career this morning out of interest and was a little surprised at how much he has won over the years and even more shocked at what he has earned. Great player.

Re: Carlos Tevez
And hideously ugly to boot.
Re: Carlos Tevez
Including an Olympic gold medal in 2004 !!
He was a very good player for sure.
Against Burnley he destroyed us at the Turf under Coyle but earlier in the season at the away game v City where we somehow got a 3-3 draw Tevez had one of the worst games I have ever seen !!
But most of the time he was a really good player who could have got in most if not all sides in the world at his peak.

Re: Carlos Tevez
That's mostly because of the rope burn around his neck where someone tried to hang him. He could have had it removed with the wages he earns, but he chose to keep it to remind himself where he came from.
Re: Carlos Tevez
Brilliant player.
People forget just how good Man U were around 2008/9 with arguably Rooneys best years along side Tevez and Ronaldo.

He was accidentally burned with scalding water as a kid. The rest is reasonably accurate.Gordaleman wrote: ↑Mon Mar 09, 2020 11:30 amThat's mostly because of the rope burn around his neck where someone tried to hang him. You are correct, my apologies. Maybe I'm mixing him up with someone else?Lord Beamish wrote: ↑Mon Mar 09, 2020 11:40 amHe was accidentally burned with scalding water as a kid. The rest is reasonably accurate.

Re: Carlos Tevez
Nothing really. I just think it’s notable that he looks like someone has set fire to his face and then put it out with a golf shoe.

Re: Carlos Tevez
Lighten up folks
he’s pig ugly and a very good footballer
It’s not like anybody doesn’t talk about appearances when they are writing about Beckham, Ronaldo or on the other end of the beauty spectrum Rooney, Tevez and the worst of all the picture of a young David Moyes when he played for someone in Scotland (sorry can’t be bothered to post a pic but believe me he makes Carlos Tevez look like George Clooney !)

changing room in pre season and said that he was bringing in some new faces. Tevez said brilliant
