I've just listened to the first thirty minutes of this. Very interesting stuff. Didn't know that Kilby sacked Laws from New York!

Thanks for the link Tony.

Loved the bit about Kilby and Dyche going out for a 'ten point' party (drinks and meal), each time the club accrues ten points in the league. Great stuff!!

That’s probably why Barry wants to restart the season - only one more point for another party.

Great podcast. Thank you for posting CT. A suitable distraction from trying to keep my mind active with work stuff while on furlough leave :-)

When mention is made of certain players "you'll always be a claret" there is no bigger to me than Barry Kilby, he's gone over and above the call of duty in everything he's done for the Club and for that I'll always be truly grateful to him. I hope the Club will recognise that in some way in the not too distant future. Thanks for posting the podcast.

Proper Claret is Barry, brought up by dad Roy, another proper Claret.

Really good listen - not surprised he couldn't come up with a name though of one who slipped through our fingers, Barry is not very good with names.

And he really is the club pessimist - I'm not sure he'd be confident of staying up now on 39 points.

Top man though.

A proper down to earth, humble bloke.

I do wish that interviewer hadn’t spoken over him so much though.

I agree, although he did ask some interesting questions, it's just that he didn't want to hear the full answer at times.

Great to hear Barry though, and I loved his poem at the end.
