Thanks for the info but I can't watch it, I'm afraid we might lose. ;)

Funnily enough so were we whilst watching it yesterday, we couldn't wait for Dean to blow his whistle.

As soon as our goal went in, I set up a countdown on my mobile - I didn't enjoy any of the game, other than the goal, their red card, and the final whistle - was far too nervous.

me too Frank, after the goal it all felt surreal and I wanted a goal of that standard to be our matchwinner.

I always forget about that second one.

The thing is - I thought the first one was the referee blowing to give them a penalty!

It's strange when you get home from a match like that and someone asks you if you enjoyed it. The answer is invariably yes with the right result but with a heart rate dangerously high for 90+ minutes and fluctuating so often events like that surely cannot be described as enjoyable. I keep on doing it though.

It was:red card, final whistle, red card but on such a happy occasion not being pedantic.
I’ve written that and now I’m doubting myself?

I was that hammered by the time I got onto the match it just all seemed to whizz past in a delightful blur otherwise I would have been a bundle of nerves

Great goal from Wade but overall a nervy game,
none more saw than when Kris Kalvenes clattered tbe Sheff Utd forward in the box.
The result was everything

I was there but missed seeing the 'penalty' incident. Was it a lucky let off?
