It is the same as the other one! The difficulty is caused by the absence of brackets, so you know when to multiply.

Tut tut tut show your working
Pair trainers = 10
Single trainer = 5
Man = 5
Each bouquet of flowers (I think that's what they are?) = 2
(man + flowers + flowers + pair of trainers) = (5+2+2+10) = 19
(19 x 2) + 5 = 43
