If I was forced to watch a cowboy film, then one where the Indians win and it only lasts 15 minutes max.
Not Dances with wolves then?

The 'Burbs.

If you haven't seen it you need to. Tom Hanks is married to Carrie Fisher and it is a Bruce Dern masterclass.

Agreed, but only if you're talking about the original 1974 version? I watched a politically corrected 2020 version the other night, which has had all the racist, sexist and anti-semitic scenes edited out; it was perhaps the most boring six minutes of my life.

The four IP Man Movies with Donnie Yen the last one was released this year. It should have been doing the cinemas but is now available on Amazon Prime and probably other outlets.

There are the scenes in IP man 1 where he fights the ten Japanese soldiers. In IP Man 2 he fights the Twister (British Boxing Champion). In IP Man 3 he fights Mike Tyson.

For me my personal favourite is Stand By Me starring River Phoenix and Corey Feldman. It reminds me of the freedom of my own childhood.

Also high on my list for entertainment value are most films with Harrison Ford and Tom Hanks.
I'll also always watch the Humphrey Bogart classics; Casablanca, African Queen and The Maltese Falcon.

It’s brilliant and even better if you know the Sharon Tate/Charles Manson story that is the base it is built on.
