Explains his defending (and attacking) against us!

'he knows he is a role model to many people' - really?

The District Judge who dealt with the case used to be a colleague of mine.
As I recall, he had little or no interest in football.

Edit - fellow empty head ( not on 20k per week mind ) read it wrong.

Is it the maths? It seems alright to me.MACCA wrote: ↑Fri Jul 10, 2020 3:19 pm"The £20,000-a-week footballer was stopped in his black Audi R8 after an officer saw him visit a garage and speed away"
A couple of paragraphs later
"District Judge Michael Fanning said he reduced the fine from 150% of his weekly wage by 5% for his guilty plea, down from £30,000 to £28,500."
Did the journalist not proof read his work....
Least the empty head does some charitable work in the community which is nice to see.

I didn't read it correctly, one of my many talents.

Re: Oli McBurnie fined for drink-driving
I’d be amazed if he’s on that, £30k minimum
Re: Oli McBurnie fined for drink-driving
It says he is on £20k the fine would have been £30k but was reduced to £28.5k.
Re: Oli McBurnie fined for drink-driving
Must be his basic pay, as you say 20k for a premier league player seems very low, especially after a 17.5m fee.

I hadn’t heard of this percentage of salary fine. That will be his gross before bonuses.

Why don't you tell the judge!

I love that regular Joe's have access to personal bank account information of footballers. Burnley1989 must have a joint account with him or is a stalker. Hell! My missus doesn't even know what's in my bank and she's meticulous!
