Brian still has that haunted look we used to see when he dropped or flapped at a cross

Or rushed out of his penalty area and chopped someone down on the wing.

I'm sure if the one on the left has half the career as the one on the right he will be happy.

Always liked the beast. I got the impression he loved it here. Dunno if I’m wrong or right, but I liked him anyway.

His boys a big lad eh?

Jensen was a good servant to the club

Wasn’t the best keeper and no where near the recent keepers we have been blessed with but that promotion year he put in some outstanding performances.

Reading at home. One of the best performances a keeper has ever put in for us

Good keeper for us at the time especially considering the money we had. Or rather didn’t have. And played a part in some of our best ever nights.

I’d rather remember them than any of the bad nights.

How many Burnley managers did he play for?
And how about the goalkeepers brought in to take his place that he saw off?
Chelsea in the shoot out will do for me too!

Agreed, fantastic memories of his time at the club, and that also includes his runs out of his penalty area and the occasional rugby tackle

Seem to recall him pulling off several worldies away at Bradford one year as well, before I think Ian Moore popped up with the winner for us in last minute?

Good day out that one. They opened the long side for us after we filled behind the goal and shifted the Bradford fans up to the other side. Segregation was a steward every 4 or 5 rows in the aisle

I've never got some of the bile aimed at Jensen. Yes he did mess up on occasion but bloody hell to balance that out he was our match winner in a number of games too

Some great away days at Bradford around that time. Miss going to places like Bradford and Preston a bit tbh. Much more enjoyable than going to the soulless Etihad knowing you're going to get humped 5 nil.
