Looks dark grey with black shoulder pads on the pics they’ve released.

Re: New away kit
Good that the old crest is in there in some way but the new badge needs changing and the sponsor is way too big.

They seem to have put a lot more thought into this than the home kit.

Shame about the gambling logo, but otherwise I think it's superb.

Re: New away kit
I like the black kits anyway as they're a little more subtle when wearing casually not on game days, I've owned the last two black away kits and this one looks the best. I like the claret and blue piping on the neck and arms. As an away fan this gets a thumbs up and probably a buy for me
Re: New away kit
That’s the best away kit we have had for a long time
Re: New away kit
I quite like it, though it does look like the piping has fallen down the shirt

Re: New away kit
Shame because I think it would have looked so much better with a monochrome badge. Not so keen on the light blue/yellow badge on a black kit.clarethomer wrote: ↑Fri Sep 11, 2020 12:15 pmI might even buy this one- looks smart- glad they kept the badge colours.
Also would have preferred the claret and blue piping to be all around the neck like (one colour top, one bottom) and the same on the sleeves, rather than opposites.
Small things though. Really smart kit otherwise.

It's a poor do when you can't sort a kit out from these colours... Claret, Blue, White and Yellow.

The collar does look odd with the offset top/bottom piping

I like it.
If the old badge was woven in slightly lower and the red rose of Lancashire was highlighted (in actual red), that would have been brilliant IMO.

Re: New away kit
They’ve obviously been reading here for ideas but still not imaginative enough for me, don’t hate it but it could have been a lot better with a bit more thought. Seems a rehash of the puma kit, looking forward to having a decent yellow away kit again.

I think we may be in the minority with that though.
Re: New away kit
I think that it might be blue piping, its not that clear but i think the opposite is claret on the other sides, but it does just look like unfinished whiteSelby Claret wrote: ↑Fri Sep 11, 2020 12:10 pmAnyone else want another two bits of white piping to finish off the collar and shoulder.....
Re: New away kit
I'm not feeling it. I might prefer the real thing though.
I don't quite understand the one badge thing... either do it, or don't.
I kind of accept that the logo will be huge, but it even looks like a cheap transfer on the pic.
Also, from the main image, the top one. The shirt doesn't show the Umbro logo, but does the Errea one in the background... very strange.
Having Jay Rod as the main image reminded me of the April fools from years ago - I reckon they could actually sell this though hahah

Re: New away kit
They should run a fan made kit competition next season, I guarantee a fan could design something better than these kits , there must be loads of graphic designers on here willing to have a go.
Then put the top six selected on the official website for other fans to vote for their favourite.
These designers seem a bit clueless as they keep missing the mark with what people actually want to wear.

Re: New away kit
As far as a black kits go ( which I’m not a fan of generally) it’s not bad at all. As someone says above more thought has gone into it than the home kit ( which I don’t like). Hope the yellow one is good.
Re: New away kit
I like it. A lot better than the home shirt. Will wait to see the 3rd kit before deciding what to go for.
Re: New away kit
For me it's one of our best looking shirts in a long time. And for the first in a while the style of the neck is really good but don't understand the blue piping only on one sleeve and one side of the neck.
And the massive sponsors logo on the shirt and a sleeve is not something I like but overall it's a yes from me

That looks excellent. I love everything about it. Black or Yellow kits are always my favourites.

Re: New away kit
the white one used in restart was much better than this shame it is not supposed to be used again
Re: New away kit
The sponsorship logo needs to be bigger I think, I can hardly see it

“The black is to represent the dark clouds that have hanged above the club over these past few months, whilst the sprinkling of white represent the light and hope at the end of the storm”.
Bit crap really, black kits always are. Be better with claret and yellow cheetah print.

Shame they can't invent a material that doesn't snag or ladder as soon as you breath on it!

Re: New away kit
Sorry, I don't like it. Not just this one but all very dark/black kits. I much prefer to see us in white, yellow away from home: we look more athletic and it is is simply easier to see the strip and pick out the players.

Our badge is our badge. Whether you like it or not it shouldn’t be tampered with. It’s part of our identity.
