Sick Notes

Post by warksclaret » Mon Sep 21, 2020 9:45 am

How come Dwight can play every minute of every game on the wing since 2019, then JBG and Brady are literally injured the majority of the 2019/20 season, have a long recuperation then one lasts 10 minutes in his first proper game , the other one goes off holding his ribs about 30 minutes into the game.Dwight gets the same challenges as he has become a targeted player

Much said about Stephens joining-we are now desperate. We need him quick and shove him in to CM for the Millwall game and move Brownhill to the right as I sense we will see little of the two sick notes we possess in this new season

I really like JBG and hope he is back soon. But I saw a lot of "dramatics" with Brady yesterday and watched his body language going down the tunnel.Reminded me of the "weaklings" you used to get in the school playground

Did many of those weaklings in the school playground make it to be a professional sportsman?

Oh.

JBG is out because of an horrendous tackle the other night. Had that happened to any other player, anywhere, the outcome would have been the same.

Bit harsh the weakling analogy. However I do understand your point re Brady. At times his demeanour does suggest he lacks the minerals for the challenge in front of him.

I sent a text to my German friend saying that Brady would be out until April. His reply was: In which year ?!

He’s an anomaly, love to go into a challenge hard - doesn’t like being challenged hard....

leg injuries are notoriously complex and often require lengthy periods of time to recover from. Brady definately had a painful rib problem last night. bit harsh to discredit him and others as you did.

Brady took an elbow to the ribs, where he had damage last year. Later Bards could be seen wagging a finger at Harvey Barnes after he’d elbowed him.
Possibly did them both?
Certainly doesn’t make Brady a sick note.
I wish some of the bedwetters on here would p1ss off.

Brady looked like he’d cracked a rib . Anyone whose ever done that knows it’s almost impossible to more without serious discomfort nevermind play elite football
