Tells you a lot about how Burnley have gone back to basic principles. And the importance of Mee and Tarkowski and Pope to the side.

Take Man City away and we've conceded 3 goals in 8 games since Ben came back into the side and two of those have been penalties.

Not looked at it like that. What a colossal lift he’s given us.

Wouldn’t like to be anyone facing us at the moment. Must have some psychological effect in plotting how they’ll break us down and very demoralising if we score!

If he doesn’t, Keane, Duff, Tarks, Heaton, Pope and others have shown Mee is the crucial piece of the puzzle.

I think it is common knowledge that he wants to move on to a club where he can play in Europe and one that will give him a better chance of playing for his country. I've no problem with that as much as I'd prefer him to stay. He owes us nothing and I'll wish him the very best when he does go.
