Mike's lads v City, 10 changes for MC.
So maybe half a chance for Cheltenham?
Its a long shot...

Re: Shout out for Duffer's boys
Plenty of changes for City, but their front 3 isn't bad Mahrez, Jesus & Foden, Cheltenham will do well to contain that trio.

They look better in possession than us

Re: Shout out for Duffer's boys
Can we loan in Michael Duff as manager when we play City?

Cheltenham doing very well. I'm enjoying this.
Re: Shout out for Duffer's boys
5.4.1 is the way to play against city with you midfield 4 pressing and then transitioning to attack when you get the chance.

Re: Shout out for Duffer's boys
I’d say that playing against their B team is the best way to play against City.

Re: Shout out for Duffer's boys
Got to feel for Cheltenham. Really had a good go, and played some really nice stuff at times against a fairly strong City side. But quality just showed in the end. Foden was absolutely fantastic. Very lucky he's English. Some of his play tonight was on another level

Well played Cheltenham. Would have been great if they could have held on.

What a pity.

If not our next manager, without doubt will manage us at some point

Excellent from Cheltenham and their beloved manager.

Re: Shout out for Duffer's boys
Shame Cheltenham couldn't see it out, they had Pep and City worried for a while there, Foden was the difference in the end, and he was one of the few City players who looked up for the fight.
It'll be interesting to see what team Pep picks in round 5, they face a tricky trip to Swansea, and if they play like they did tonight they could well be on the end of a defeat.
Duff will manage higher than League 2, whether that's with Cheltenham or another club.
Finally I have to mention that goal line clearance from Tozer, that's was Ben Mee like.
