Looks to me like that are planning to consolidate all their training to the youth setup at the bottom of brockhall estate. The housing application is for the senior centre at the entrance to the estate.

The way they're playing, their injury list, the teams coming up, coupled with 8 games in the next 5 weeks, points to them being potential relegation fodder.
