Really poor effort again from JayRod, right on HT.

If we could have got one there, it might have lifted us for the second half.

Have we shown any effort yet, or just been overrun the whole half?

Tarkowski also, Mee was completely unaware where the rest of his back line were you don’t play the offside as deep as that without knowing where your team mates are. It was a poor decision which cost us a goal.
Mee stepped up when he was marking him. Mee's fault

Going forward we look reasonable today. I think we lack that clinical edge but we have had our chances and have a semblance of danger about us. At the back it is a sh*tshow..which is unusual for us..and to be fair Tottenham have taken their chances.

I’d be tempted by Wood on but truth by told the game has gone so best to save him for Leicester.

Surprised Dyche didn't start with Stephens for either Cork or Westwood as it was obvious this was a game made for him. Too late now but I'd get him on for Westwood and at least try and win the second half.

Had a tough start but been impressed with Brownhill who is about the only Burnley player who looks any good today

Rednapp just said that Burnley's midfield aren't close to being in the game and are allowing Spurs to run straight at a our back four. I couldn't agree more, I know it's my constant complaint and but we need a total upgrade in midfield and or a complete change of tactics in midfield.
A tactical change ! Wash your mouth out young man.

Why is he so stubborn with this formation against teams with pace ? Our central 2 midfielders ( who i like ) , aren't quick enough and need help .

Vydra wont score if he starts the next 10 games. Lets see the impact SD can make at HT.

There appears to have been no research done on Spurs. They are powering through us and having the run of midfield. Bear in mind they have lost 5 of the last 6 games, but we are making them look like Man City. When we get it we cannot appear to control the ball, take a pass or lay it off. Endless long balls to our front two who are just not in the game. Cork looks absolutely knackered when he tries to chase back. The positive of these games is that they really tell you how good individually each player is

I predicted that we would finish on 55 points but am 4 points off schedule with the 2 home draws v Fulham and WBA. Nothing gained, nothing lost today so am now on target for 51 points. However, that target includes 3 more home victories and 4 more away victories as well as 2 draws!!

Just watched the goals back. 1 & 3 could have been avoided by Brownhill not standing off the crosser. Get closer ffs.

The 2nd I thought JRod was weak, waiting for the cross to come to him. Needed to step across. Again though, Brownhill misjudged the flight of the ball.

Do Tottenham's previous 5 results in the PL point to the fact that they are a "fantastic team"?

Or, are their quality players being given so much time and space on the ball that they can't fail to flourish and prosper?

We couldnt be any worse than last week, and it's much easier when your hand is forced going behind so early.

We often start to play when we go behind , see Villa, Brighton and Fulham.

Also Tottenham think this could be 5 or 6, so are all trying to get involved leaving us some room.
Sadly our lack of creativity, strength or pace means we aren't causing them too many issues.
Theyve got us at more than arms length

Spurs are just too mobile for us, same as Manchester City. The days when we could stick on a Phil Malley or Kevin Ball to ruffle a few feathers are over, sadly. We simply do not have the means to deal with a side that is so fluid. We are off form, we are off the pace and it’s making it feel worse, but they are light years ahead of us.

So did I but CT said that international loans are different. Suggest we start scouring Europe to see who fancies a couple of months in the PL unless of course we have missed the cut off date. Sure there are lot of players who would want to showcase their talents in the PL

Thanks for telling us all that and that you're not bothering to stay and that it's all bile! Your comment is ultra positive! Defeatist almost! We played Liverpool and Arsenal & that team cost 10 times more too. What's your point? These have lost 5 out of the last 6.

Westwood practically hugging Son in the tunnel when coming out for the second half, laughing and joking with him.

Inappropriate when 3-0 down in my opinion.
