Probably Huddersfield's easiest game of the season today. It was the same for Leeds last week and Man Utd the game before

It's difficult to see anyone of quality wanting to sign at the moment...Sean's got a massive task to spark some life into us and build some momentum now it seems

There must be plenty of back up players biting for 1st team games with a view to potentially keeping a team in a league as a challenge

John Swift ooc, Jed Wallace ooc, Ben Davies at Liverpool miles away from the starting line up. Jack Cork ooc = John Swift, Aaron lennon ooc payp = Jed Wallace, Ben Davies loan, what's the problem. Drop tarkowski he's clearly not interested, collins in, clear the air talks with the captain, mcneil in the no 10, and cornet in the position he was bought for. Priority in the summer when Premier league status is secured, new striker new left sided cb, sorted. Only problem is I'm not sure dyche has the capacity to think like that anymore.

He is in a very sticky position and if this run continues will see his worth as a manager damaged badly each defeat. The pundits are already starting to doubt we can stay up. The fans of other clubs will not want him.

I agree with the most, apart from playing cornet on the left. He’s the only one who looks like scoring this season, taking him from an upfront role, into a left sided role, where he will more than likely not be allowed the freedom to roam down the wing, is only bad news for us.

Keep him up front and build around him.

Because he got us organised, plays a system and was able to motivate and keep his players hungry. the way he operates is the reason he prefers older pros and too carry a smaller squad. Its worked for us in the past but was never going to last and he hasnt evolved in any shape or form.

Problem is now though that small squad has been allowed to get old and the hunger has gone, the same organisation, system and motivation dont work any more.. Dyhce is a busted flush.

People need to stop thinking of the takeover, it’s done we need to get on with it. We have no idea what money is available, but no one at the club has suggested we are not trying to bring in players; so money MUST be available or why put the onus on the manager by suggesting we’re trying as AP has said in recent interviews?

We dont know what Pace said to Dyche before he signed his contract. However after Dyche constantly complained about lack of transfer funds from the previous owners Pace must have promised something in the way of future transfers otherwise Dyche would not have signed a new contract. We will have to wait and see.

He may not have had as much backing as he would like/require but continually just bringing in aged workhorses without any creativity is coming home to roost, he needed to be a bit more speculative with young players from lower league clubs and I`m sure they wouldn`t have commanded the wages his selected journeymen have but I believe if he stays and we clear out it will just be more of the same type of football with a low entertainment value.

Very worrying. A few weeks ago I was saying no way we could let both Tarkowski and Mee go this window however after their last few performances I’m starting to think differently. Only one who showed any real commitment today was Bardsley rest of them just going through the motions.

It’s a sorry state of affairs when we question the professionalism of some of our players. One or two really should be taking a long hard look at themselves.

Well the out of contract players haven't been showing too much desire to either put themselves in the shop window or win another contract from what I've been watching recently.

Indeed! time a few of them took a good long look in the mirror, and started earning their big salaries. Far too many of this squad now stealing a wage from BFC.

I think Dyche is partly to blame for our lack of transfer activity.

Never bothers with loans, seems to have a very rigid approach to who he will bring in and even when he does it’s rare they get a chance until one of his favourites is injured.

Look at Roberts, Dyche even referenced there being a pecking order and how Bardsley had been a good pro for us when asked about Roberts getting a chance. I mean Jesus wept, Bardsley is 36.

But that applies to most if not all PL players doesn't it, yet they all seem to have the inner motivation to continue competing at the top level.

If every player at every club in the premier league tried the maximum possible in every game played, at the end of the season 3 clubs would still be relegated. Being in the bottom 3 after 17 games is not proof that players are not trying.
