Highlight of the game was the away end doing Rocky's war cry.

Scott Twine’s name was sang to the tune of Feelin’ Hot Hot Hot, which I enjoyed.

We could do with songs for every player. Unfortunately, as good as the chants for Twine and Vitinho are, we are somewhat lacking in the chant department.

Just got home. Hoarse. Hands hurt. Haven’t felt this way in a long time coming off a game. What a game.
Re: Clarets who were there...
I don’t think any of us could quite believe what we were seeing. There was just a hugely vibe from minute one.

The Vitiniho one is ace.
Ole ole ole ole Scotty twine twine twine to the tune of hot hot hot.
If your names Vincent Kompany, Burnley loves you more than you know.
The Rocky one was very surreal.
The oles at after 15 minutes at 0-0 was another highlight.
Bring on the Bastards
24 24 undefeated
Plus all the staples,
The best away atmosphere for an absolute long time time.
Loved it

Burnley has always been classed as a good footballing side until a certain manager that most people think he is god took over the club!!

Unbelievably disrespectful to arguably the second most successful manager in the clubs entire history.
Why can't you just enjoy that we played well without taking a swipe at Sean Dyche?
The man sent us to places I'd only ever dreamed off.

Re: Clarets who were there...
The last 2 have been tough as the squad aged with extremely little investment. Dyche found a way to beat all the big lads, ticked them off as he said, Liverpool, City, United, Chelsea he's been and done it.
Not in the mood for a Dyche row, Kompany is the man now, his philosophy looks superb and from what I watched in the away end tonight i'm very excited.

Re: Clarets who were there...
You have been starved of good football for the last 6 years so I do understand your comment
I have watched every premiere league game Burnley has played and I would say that there’s only a handful I’ve enjoyed. (As many others have said the same)
Have you not read the comments on the forum how they hated the way we played!!!

That’s the earliest I’ve ever heard ole’s at a Burnley game, I think. Certainly sung from our end!

Yes, I've debated morons who say we never played any decent football under Dyche many times. It feels like they should open a visually impaired section for them all at the Turf.CharlieinNewMexico wrote: ↑Sat Jul 30, 2022 7:19 amOh come onnnnn.

You seem to not quite grasp the point of a forum.
It's a place for people to exchange views. If you don't want to do that, perhaps don't post in the first place.
