Ipswich replay tickets - can anyone check for me?

I ordered four tickets for tomorrow's game online with them loaded onto our season cards.

However, nothing whatsoever is showing in my purchase history.

Has anyone else done similar and can they check please in their purchase history?

I ordered our two seats last week, I emailed them about having difficulty working the system, they responded to say the tickets are ordered but I’d requested them by post, I always have them loaded to our cards, presumably I must have missed a tick box, anyway Monday morning now and they’ve still not arrived. I’ll email the club shortly. It’s showing this morning I’ve got Ipswich on the team card, presumably that’s down to the the postal tickets, I was hoping they’d got it wrong and they’ve loaded the season card. it’s become confusing.
