You by the sounds of it! Calling people idiots. It’s an opinion and everyone is entitled to it
So you think Kompany will keep us up do you? With the way that it’s going
I certainly don’t so he needs to change something or be changed himself.
He's got to be on thin ice after this start it's the worst football I've seen us play in the last 10 years

What’s perhaps most disappointing today is that Kompany had 2 weeks to review what’s gone well and what hasn’t etc. then decides to play that 11. It’s so naive.
Bob on. A real chance for a rethink and a fresh start against opponents we could realistically compete with, and we’ve gone even further backwards.

Pointless changing the manager. No manager will get that team to stop leaking goals. There's some excellent and exciting players in that squad, but overall the squad is simply not good enough to eak out results in the PL where the standard is unbelievably high. The die was cast with our summer transfers and changing manager now would be a silly waste of time.

Experience > Age

Wazza had played 5 years of senior football by age 21

Jude Bellingham looking the same after getting mens footy since 16.

Even if you're right, then the question is... Why is he starting?
Well done bringing in two outrageous talents, not really relevant in a discussion about our goalkeepers.
But as to why he is playing: obviously because he is seen as being our best goalkeeper.

On the plus side I thought Tresor was a bit better today..despite being played on the wrong flank..again. He at least looked interested.......
Seriously?

Most of the people around me were gobsmacked he was still on the pitch for the second half. Absolute passenger in the first, in fact I’ve never seen VK give a bollocking like the one he gave him early on.

Koleosho scores that open goal and it’s 2-1 with 20min left we are back in the game, when we agent creating much we have to take our chances

Well done in completely overlooking my actual point.

Yeah and Tresor is being seen as our best right winger (he isn’t right now), Odebert as our left (he isn’t right now)

The manager is making mistake after mistake and doubling down on them.

That finished us.

Whatever slim thread we were clinging to before that snapped very quickly. (Koleosho chance).

Maatsen got quite a few serious bollocking off VK last season.
Usually along the lines of 'get in the effin' game Ian'.

With the whole drum saga and Russell ball tweet, if we lose at Bournemouth next week, it could get toxic against palace at home

No..not seriously. Dry sarcasm and I thought it was obvious hence the lack of a smiley. Although I suppose you never know on here with some of the whacked out arguments being peddled tonight.
Well I say sarcasm. He was better than he has been..not that it was good enough. The sarcasm coming from him not only being selected after dire previous performances but that he gets selected to play on his weaker wing above players like Bruun Larsen and Redmond. Squarely aimed at another bizarre team selection by VK....and that's before thinking how he's managedto play Berge as a defensive mid again.

He's really not helping himself.

Another goal of the month contender.

It's not bad luck, it's the amount of time we give opposition players (with Premier League quality) on the edge of our box.

With the exception of Taylor I don't see one of our players who enjoy the thought of throwing themselves in front of shots to block them, we were spoilt with Mee and Tarkowski. The manager needs to instill the mentality that he will lavishly dish out praise to players when they put their bodies on the line and do the dirty work as much as the pretty stuff.

Football is not just about being 'good on the eye'

We’ve looked clueless for most of the season. More of the same tripe served up. No surprises. Weak as a wet lettuce all over the pitch. Other teams will be licking their lips to play us. We’ve spent stupid amounts of money on the wrong players in the wrong positions. Most fans were in agreement as to where we needed strengthening. Far far too many young inexperienced players put in to start with over and above the team that got us here ( and was far better). Kompany is looking completely naive.

I agree their where poor, makeshift full backs that where comfortable all game apart from one koleosho run at start of second half

We've wasted a massive amount of money on non upgrades that could of gone to positions needed.
Trafford - 15 million, Muric is better could of been spent on a centre half who can defend.
O'Shea isn't as good as what we had, waste of 8 million could of gone towards a full back.
Tresor 20 million!?!? Seriously.....could of signed Bruun Larrson, Koleosho, Redmond and Townsend for a combined 4 million to add too Benson and Zaroury.
Odabert 10 million could of gone on a backup striker.
List goes on

Anything like how Dyche chinned Weghorst and throttled Cornet at Barnfield then smashed a pub on a pissup with Duncan Ferguson?
Love people talking in cryptic riddles spreading negative nonsense rumours about our players especially anyone out of favour. Cracking.
Think I only mentioned one of those three.

Bees fan in peace.
what makes you say we were poor today? I thought we looked pretty decent today and we beat what was in front of us.
We took the game to you from the off and apart from 10 mins at the start of the second half, we looked very comfortable the whole game.
I’ll remind you of our current first team squad players who are currently out injured/absent:

Toney, Schade, Henry, Hickey, Da Silva, Baptiste, Lewis Potter, Damsgaard. Ben Mee would’ve probably started today had he been fit.

Good luck for the rest of the season. Burnley my second team by the way!

Not poor but nothing special mate - you said it yourself look at how many players you have out.

You pressed us well but we made it easy for you guys and capitulated once again as soon as the second went in.

Absolutely. That’s the most worrying thing. We can also throw the “maybe we’re more of an away team in the Prem” theory out of the window…

Kompany or should I call him Frank Lampard 2, is looking miles out of his depth. He’s struggling more than anyone on the pitch.

I honestly can’t see him making christmas
