For the Kompany out brigade...
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/av/football/67595254
Watch this then tell me Jordan Beyer wants Kompany sacked.
Stop being ridiculous. VK is taking us forwards, but it doesn't just happen overnight, grow up and have some patience.

I think you are slightly misrepresenting how some people feel, some people want him sacked but only if the results don't improve that doesn't mean at this exact point.

I'm just frustrated with that minority, I'm still excited about where this club is heading.
It's good to have a vision of where we are trying to get to. I like it.

If he is representative of the players, they clearly still absolutely believe in the process.Jakubclaret wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2023 9:38 amI must have missed the part where somebody/anybody has said beyer wants kompany to get the sack.

I wouldn't expect the players to say anything else, like they are going to say we think he's a clown but we just go along with it. It doesn't really matter what beyer believes it's down to pace to make any decisions.burnley007 wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2023 9:45 amIf he is representative of the players, they clearly still absolutely believe in the process.

Re: For the Kompany out brigade...
Encouraging to hear. The worry for me is the fans, not the manager. Can’t believe how little slack he seems to have been allowed.
I’m very much “Kompany in” Gotta be honest though, results have been very poor, some performances have been well below par, the window was weird, some team selections puzzling, some substitutions bizarre, but it’s a new team, with a relatively inexperienced manager who is still learning his trade. The one things that puts it on a par with Dyches management for me is that we look to have been at our best when the changes to the team have been forced upon him. I hope he doesn’t end up as stubborn as the ginger goat.
Some performances have been very encouraging though, and I’m hopeful that some decent results and consistent performances aren’t far away.
Lose today however, and I believe our season is done. Then it’s all about beating Derbys record and planning for next season.
Up the clarets…. Easy to say when it’s the only direction we have left.

No matter what has been said, we need to win today and the team needs the fans more than ever.

For me I’feel that we’ll create, a what could’ve been moment, if he’s knee jerked sacked.
1 year up
1 year down
Then likely up again puts us on their original up in 2 or 3 years target but with a year of premier league reality thrown in means that year 4 we could be in the Premier League coping and playing football with an exciting still young squad that have gained some valuable experience at an age where physically they’re only just moving into their prime
Honour his contract
Big bump in the road this but we’re ahead of the plan

The posters who've said "get out of our club now" and similar don't want him sacked?Jakubclaret wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2023 9:43 amI think you are slightly misrepresenting how some people feel, some people want him sacked but only if the results don't improve that doesn't mean at this exact point.

Up
Down
Then back up
Then a few good years in the Premier League
If we’d sacked Dyche after or during his relegation season
Then the following good years would not have happened

Re: For the Kompany out brigade...
I certainly haven't come across anything said that strong & even if I did I'd interpret that as frustration particularly in the aftermath of a sore defeat. My overall interpretation is people want him to succeed but on a gradual basis with every defeat more people are becoming unhappier about things.

Re: For the Kompany out brigade...
I don't want VK sacked. I just want us to win the next two matches. It would make such a difference to the players' confidence.
Re: For the Kompany out brigade...
I was with Stuart Hunt last Saturday & the person with me actually asked him when (not if) VK was going to be sacked. Mr Hunt was horrified & reiterated it was a long term process with the manager having the owners' full support.
Time will tell if this was the dreaded 'vote of confidence...'

Re: For the Kompany out brigade...
I’m not quite sure what’s going on in the opening post as it’s suggestively daring people to claim that beyer wants to get kompany sacked & nothing of the sort has been mentioned relating to that.
