Re: Email from the club
Upcoming campaign for what though? Sounds more like a way of getting photos of all season ticket holders for security reasons

Re: Email from the club
Wow. Tin foil hat at the ready for that suggestion.
My guess is its to create some sort of promo video / slideshow to put on the screens at half time.
Re: Email from the club
Could it be something to do with this years season ticket campaign?
The club seems a bit quiet about it this year.

Re: Email from the club
Bricking it, methinks. They’ll no doubt have to put their forecast of renewals in to the shareholders soon which, given the current predicament of the club, ain’t gonna be great.
That’s before they ask for additional money for it.
Re: Email from the club
The cynic in me believes this is a play on the old nostalgia element before they launch the (likely grim) season ticket news.

I took it to literally and took my selfie with just my shirt on,the rest of this Greek adonis body was as nature intended.
Anyway one lifetime ban and a police caution means I now won't need a season ticket.

Re: Email from the club
Full Winnie the Pooh style? Will no doubt at least get the crowd going
Re: Email from the club
The point is that it might get people all nostalgic now in preparation for the season ticket news coming out soon. It doesn't really matter when the photos might be used as people are being asked to provide them now.
As I said, I'm thinking cynically but I wouldn't blame the club for trying to get ahead of some news that probably won't go down very well.

Its a sneaky way to get your pictures for your football banning orders.

Re: Email from the club
If people are being asked to wear old shirts and recall various moments from the past, surely the club should be providing some detail as to what it is they’re going to potentially be attached to the campaign of?

Re: Email from the club
They could have asked for a photo of fans in the ground this season and this seasons best memory. Would probably struggle to fill a page and it would be fairly morbid looking.
Re: Email from the club
Yeah - 10,000 plus fans are going to all get their cameras out and find an old top in the loft to comply
There isnt half some shite posted on here at times

Considerably more than that and (I think) quite exciting.Somethingfishy wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2024 5:58 pmOh come on..please tell us where they are painting and touching up
Sadly can’t say anymore but I’m sure it’ll be public knowledge in coming days/weeks.
It will delay announcing next years st plans, certainly for one stand.

Re: Email from the club
Turning CF safe standing would be my guess.
It's been spoke about for a few years but not confident of always getting the safety certificate.

Re: Email from the club
It’ll be the safe standing that’s going in the CFS during the next international break in March.Holtyclaret wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2024 5:37 pmThere’s an impending announcement on stadium development so I wouldn’t expect st info for a while this year.
Re: Email from the club
That's good news, it will give the atmosphere a boost for the end of the season before the novelty has worn off, so lets hope we are in position to take advantage of it.
Personally i'd be looking to make the JHL standing as well but im guessing the hospitality means thats a no go.
Re: Email from the club
To clarify, It’s not the whole stand, it’s the top half both home and away.Goliath wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2024 7:13 pmThat's good news, it will give the atmosphere a boost for the end of the season before the novelty has worn off, so lets hope we are in position to take advantage of it.

Re: Email from the club
Why woukd it make a jot of difference to the atmosphere in the CFS? 99% of the fans stand in there stand every game anywayGoliath wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2024 7:13 pmThat's good news, it will give the atmosphere a boost for the end of the season before the novelty has worn off, so lets hope we are in position to take advantage of it.

Re: Email from the club
We will see. Thr atmosphere has been god awful in there this season. I would expect the novelty of safe standing being introduced to give it a bit of a boostLoyalclaret wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2024 7:56 pmWhy woukd it make a jot of difference to the atmosphere in the CFS? 99% of the fans stand in there stand every game anyway
Re: Email from the club
That seems risky. I presume that means theyll try to police the seating bit and make sure nobodys standing which would lead to people moving up to the standing section and squeezing in there.
Seems odd not to just do the whole stand, nobody sits down in there anyway.
