no because goal line tech is not subjective. VAR is re-refereeing the game, they are 100% different ends of the scale and to add to that VAR is not reducing errors nor increasing fairness.

There was an incident in our Cup game the other year against MK Dons

Keogh got a red card that was reviewed by VAR and overturned. If we had played the game at MK Dons and the incident happened we’d have been playing against 10 men

I’m not claiming the decision was correct or not, just that it should be the same “conditions” regardless of location

Let's say it's Burnley v Exeter and Mansfield v Northampton - two identical goals are scored and one gets ruled out at Burnley because the VAR finds a minuscule tug on a player and the Mansfield goal stands because it can't be re-checked. It just doesn't sit right with me that's all

That's far too hypothetical. You missed out the badge checking stage. We'd not have it ruled out if we were playing exeter. Change exeter to Everton and Mansfield to man united and then the example works perfectly

I acquired the nickname Rooster at the same time as he played for us. Then Dean who was part of the Centre of Excellence etc started calling me Roosterbooster, so I thought it'd be a suitable username
