QR ticketing fiasco today.
Today was the first time I had to use my QR code on the app as I had forgotten my season ticket. I got there at 2.55, the QR code wouldn’t allow entry, I explained to the stewards my issue and they advised I go to the ticket office. I got to the ticket office to be met with a queue of people all having the same issue. To be fair they printed off my ticket but I explained about the QR codes and was told that the app is a bit temperamental. I’m sorry but we are a PL club and to have a ‘temperamental’ app when they are pushing digital tickets is not good enough. All in all, it resulted in me taking my seat nearly 20 mins late and 0-1 down.

Besides Burnley I regularly go and watch my local National League South side. I can honestly say that their online ticketing is a cut above ours.

Happened to me. Walk round half the ground to join another queue!gandhisflipflop wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2024 4:06 pmToday was the first time I had to use my QR code on the app as I had forgotten my season ticket.
