Internationals 26-3-24
Muric starts for Kosovo. So no injury concern for now at least.
Wales v Poland for me tonight. A competitive game rather than a chance to throw caps about. Really ticked off with Mainoo getting caps when he is in his apprenticeship. England caps should be earned.

Re: Internationals 26-3-24
I'll definitely be watching Wales v Poland rather than the friendly at Wembley. Ill even switch on 5 mins before K.O for the anthems.
I'm not Welsh but lived in Wales for two chunks of my life totaling about 10 years so very much supporting them this evening. Roberts playing right midfield, Lewandowski up front for Poland.

Wow … that was some anthem belted out by the Welsh.
All the players all in time as well …. can turn volume off now as I'm watching SC4

Think it was mentioned the other day about Norway and how **** they are
looking at that starting 11 you'd be amazed how they havent won tonight - accumulators ruined nationwide

This England game should be abandoned for Belgium’s kit.

That goal was even worse than Belgium’s kit.

Georgia have won the first of tonights play-offs. Beating Greece 4-2 on pens after a 0-0 draw.

Re: Internationals 26-3-24
I can’t believe Chilwell is playing after his horror show at the weekend. If he is one of the best two left backs in the country we really are stuffed.
Re: Internationals 26-3-24
Wonder if anyone had a bet on Toney taking a penno tonight
Re: Internationals 26-3-24
Roberts sporting his 'lucky' Dick Dastardly tache.

Ivan the Toneyble. Huge goal. Massive credit to Gareth for putting Toney on penalty duties.

Decided to watch Scotland v N. Ireland purely because Jamie Reid of Stevenage fc is playing for N.I.
The odious Robert Jones is Ref. Not the best game.

Re: Internationals 26-3-24
Definitely, I see some comments about the Belgium kit but heck that England strip is rotten.
Obviously just flicking around looking for a decent game somewhere , tried the Wales match but can't handle the commentary.

Jittery keeper and a poor defence.
Some pressure on the attacking players.

Re: Internationals 26-3-24
I thought Belgium’s kit looked claret & blue from a distance
Re: Internationals 26-3-24
This England kit is awful what’s the point of it on home turf ? A better game than the Brazil one. Chilwell and Dunk not looking great so far.
Re: Internationals 26-3-24
How Tomori doesn’t get a look in, even in friendlies, is beyond me. Obviously Southgate has his favourites.
Re: Internationals 26-3-24
Great play by Roberts then, it's that tache!
Re: Internationals 26-3-24
What an absolute shambles by Dunk. He doesn’t need to go to ground FFS.
Re: Internationals 26-3-24
Another boring Southgate performance.

I think we’ve played alright to be honest. Two horrible mistakes.

Re: Internationals 26-3-24
England have been decent. Some nice play between the lines. All three midfielders looking good. Obviously can’t make the defensive mistakes we have and get away with them. I wouldn’t call it a boring performance though.
Re: Internationals 26-3-24
HT Wales 0 Poland 0.
Great headed goal disallowed, marginally offside.
Connor playing well.

Re: Internationals 26-3-24
toney and mainoo the difference
toney offers way much more than watkins - sometimes more so than kane
mainoo is like a duck to water

Re: Internationals 26-3-24
Woke England removing names from the back of their kits to raise awareness for dementia.
Re: Internationals 26-3-24
Yep. Keeps popping up all over the place. No one goes with him when he drifts infield.
A very even game though. Moore having a much better game than v Finland, although thats probably because " moving whilst being tall" doesn't appear to be this refs list of offences.

No names on the shirts in the 2nd half. Part of a dementia awareness campaign. It's possible the colour of the kit is also part of the dementia awareness campaign.
Players will sign shirts after game. Shirts to be sold/auctioned to raise funds for dementia campaign.

Same old england for me when faced with a top ten side, defensively not up to snuff
