Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
Anyone with any inside information to give me an idea of the chances of a ticket tomorrow? I have enough points to buy this morning - my Dad for some reason has 5800 and I would have to wait till tomorrow to get him one.
I am lost as to whether to risk it and buy one today and try tomorrow, or accept it's unlikely we will both be able to go.

I am surprised there isn't info released to how many are left to be honest.
Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
Another opportunity lost to get fans feeling like they are important.
Giving a daily update on what was left would have been great.

Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
When it says Only those with Clarets Numbers will be able to purchase tickets due to UEFA regulations will you be able to purchase multiple tickets with one Clarets Number or need a Clarets Number for each ticket?

You can buy more than one using one clarets number.aggi wrote:When it says Only those with Clarets Numbers will be able to purchase tickets due to UEFA regulations will you be able to purchase multiple tickets with one Clarets Number or need a Clarets Number for each ticket?

Are you sure about that at this stage of season ticket holders buying tickets?aggi wrote:You can buy more than one using one clarets number.
Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
I don't think they can buy extra until they come on general sale (season ticket holders can only confirm their own seats at the moment I believe). From Monday you can buy multiple tickets on one Clarets Number.tybfc wrote:Are you sure about that at this stage of season ticket holders buying tickets?
Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
Anyone actually able to buy these?
Somewhat predictably the website doesn't seem to be working.
Clicking on Burnley v Aberdeen just gives you the "Home tickets" page. The two friendlies work.

Nothing is working on my computer. 'Choose your own seat' does not appear. The BFC website is a nightmare. Any help appreciated.

They’ve messed it up. Again.
Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
No-one answering the phones either.
Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
Yeah the website is broke at the minute, the seats are in my basket automatically but zero priced, so I can't buy them.
Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
Turns out they were entirely wrong in telling me this. You can only buy one.aggi wrote:You can buy more than one using one clarets number.
EDIT: You can however register a new clarets number and buy using that.

Not having any luck here.
3 home games automatically in my basket – all reserved seats for myself and friends and family season ticket holders.
Try to clear basket to just buy mine – no option to choose your own seat.
Try deleting entries in the basket to just leave mine – basket empties itself half way through. Log out, log in – full basket again.

Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
I have a lot of people in friends and family but only want to purchase Aberdeen for three of them and the friendlies for two. I would have to delete everyone else one by one. I started and had got hardly anywhere in ten minutes so gave up. I'll have to go to the ticket office to do it.

Hmm, doesnt sound right - i thought they said you had to have a previous purchase history to get a ticket.... a lot of new applications with AB postcodes then if not?

Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
I phoned on Friday and asked if you could buy multiple home tickets with one Clarets Number and was told you could (I repeated it back to them to check).ClaretTony wrote:What are they supposedly lying about?
When I came to check out today (once the website started working) it gave an error message that two tickets were on one clarets number. By the time I'd added a new Friends and Family member to my account the stand I wanted had gone.
If they'd actually told me the correct information when I spoke to them then I would have added the other Clarets Number before this morning.
With the website not working, no updates on twitter, no-one answering the phone and this it was just another example of our shonky ticketing sytem and the poor communication we've come to expect regarding it.

So you suggest someone has given you incorrect information over the phone and you accuse the club of lying.aggi wrote:I phoned on Friday and asked if you could buy multiple home tickets with one Clarets Number and was told you could (I repeated it back to them to check).

Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
I'm not a fan of anything very much about the ticketing set-up at BFC but I'd always assume cock-up over conspiracy based on my experience over the last 15 years. When you look at many if the posts on here, it's more than possible that misunderstandings arise. Take this thread for example: two posts in, it's not even clear which fixture is being discussed.quoonbeatz wrote:wouldn't be the first time they've lied this weekend to be fair.
It's unhelpful to state they're lying. It's both evidently an assumption and lets those who want to cheerlead for anything the club does point to it as inflammatory and jumping the gun.
Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
Agreed, lying isn't the right word (I've edited the original post). Incompetent is more accurate.ClaretTony wrote:So you suggest someone has given you incorrect information over the phone and you accuse the club of lying.
A frustrating morning of attempting to buy tickets that would all have been avoidable if the club had got its act together.

I also had to delete all my family and friends tickets before I could order tickets for myself but after an hour I finally succeeded in buying tickets for the two home friendly matches and the Aberdeen home game. Very complicated system to say the least....

I also wanted to buy a ticket for Aberdeen away but am in Germany at the moment and would not be able to go in person to the ticket office to pick up the ticket. I also happen to have my passport and driving licence with me in Germany !!

You could have picked tickets up in Aberdeen on the dayMT03ALG wrote:I also wanted to buy a ticket for Aberdeen away but am in Germany at the moment and would not be able to go in person to the ticket office to pick up the ticket. Aberdeen away has been sold out since early Saturday morning. But if you had have managed to purchase one you would have been able to collect your ticket in Aberdeen.MT03ALG wrote:I also wanted to buy a ticket for Aberdeen away but am in Germany at the moment and would not be able to go in person to the ticket office to pick up the ticket. Re: 2018/19: Burnley v Aberdeen – Ticket Information
Anyone know why on line there are no seats available in the Cricket Field stand, my lads asked me to get their tickets in there. Buying our season ticket seats was easy, but getting my two sons (both have a Claret Number but no season ticket) and wished to have a sing song in the CFS isn't happening?

I know someone (not a season ticket holder) who got a ticket in the cricket field this morning. They phoned up rather than attempting to navigate our novelty website so that may be how to do it.vinrogue wrote:Anyone know why on line there are no seats available in the Cricket Field stand, my lads asked me to get their tickets in there.
