Palace - Anybody going?
Accy Clarets haven't even filled our coach for tomorrow. Can't remember the last time that we couldn't even fill 1 coach. Looks like being a very very poor following!

Re: Palace - Anybody going?
Went last season and was well pee'd off with where we were sat (had to stand because every one was... and by doing so could not see other side of pitch due to stand roof boards) so decided early doors not to bother.....
Re: Palace - Anybody going?
Yes, it's definitely one of, if not the worst ground for viewing! Especially in the seats at the rear of the stand.Bosscat wrote:Went last season and was well pee'd off with where we were sat (had to stand because every one was... and by doing so could not see other side of pitch due to stand roof boards) so decided early doors not to bother.....
Re: Palace - Anybody going?
3 London away games on the spin in the run up to Xmas isn't exactly ideal, and it's hard enough watching us on the Turf at the minute. I'll be at Spurs where I think we'll have a decent following, lots of people will have booked trains thinking it might have been at the new White Hart Lane.
Re: Palace - Anybody going?
Yes, great planning by the fixture team! And with Arsenal being 3 days before Xmas and a 12.30 ko our following for that game is likely to be very poor, even though ticket prices are as cheap as chips!jrgbfc wrote:3 London away games on the spin in the run up to Xmas isn't exactly ideal, and it's hard enough watching us on the Turf at the minute. Not only that its one of the worse grounds to get to, especially by road.Leisure wrote:Yes, it's definitely one of, if not the worst ground for viewing! Especially in the seats at the rear of the stand.

As long as the team turns up, that is all that matters.

You can have 4 if you want! Should be 7.40ish when we pick you up.

You chose to watch that game instead of watching the mighty Clarets! Shame on you!tim_noone wrote:Chose spurs v inter instead ...same sh!t different team. Club should provide at what are long expensive trips November /December

Re: Palace - Anybody going?
2 from south west London. Row 39 - which may be at the back with the view of the pitch limited by (a) roof of stand and (b) no view of near touch line and (c) no view of the corner flag (and more) at the far end of the stand (near side) and (d) the steel stand supports cutting out other parts of the view. And, no these seats aren't "restricted views!"
If numbers are low - as above - maybe we can pick and choose any available seats a little nearer the front.
Of course, I'm also planning to be at Spurs (Wembley) and Arsenal.
UTC, please, for me (and all our fans), for Christmas...

On train down now with my old man. Got rubbish seats so hoping it is a poor following for us to move.
Re: Palace - Anybody going?
I am on the train to Clapham Junction. Then train to Selhurst. Arrive 2.29. All good! Up the Clarets.

Coming from SW London. Row 47!!! Won't see half of the pitch!
Treating the wife to a ticket too...
First game of the season, I've heard it's been a laugh so far
