Just what we were after.

Fight, desire, movement. And with all that brings confidence.

I'm not getting too carried away. They have some game changers in that team....give Arnotovic or Noble a clear chance and there not going to miss. Christ even Caroll is on the bench can change a game.

Come on lads, another Burnley goal second half, Wood brace please.

Much much much better. McNeil to this point has been outstanding, the best player on the pitch imo

This looks like a different team. Breaking up play, pressing high, forcing chances and looking like scoring a hatful..

Mcneil superb. Bardsley superb. Cork excellent, westwood working his socks off as is Barnes. Wood even looking good!

Not a poor performance out there. Why has it taken until Christmas?

Pelligrini is a top man so no counting chickens just yet.

The whole team are playing great but in my opinion McNeill is making the difference, outstanding. He's constantly trying to create something.

Definitely

I can't pick out one of our players that hasn't been on the ball. Bardlsey has been class and it was great to see Dwight grab a goal. More of the same in the second half and we are well on our way up the table.

Pelligrinis tactical answer, throw more into the attack, which will open up more space behind for us to exploit.

Wasn’t able to enjoy that half as I was informed my ticket had been cancelled before kick off for a paper replacement. Was able to rectify the situation as number 2 went in.

Forces at work behind the scenes to prevent my hard hitting truths reaching the terraces.

Magical first half. Heaton shouting what, when and where constantly. Commanding.

Clean sheet needed now...and half a dozen goals! :D

Here's Madge to celebrate our success for half time.

It's actually not impossible for us to score another 2 goals the way we are playing, and for city to score another 3.
