Thank goodness that's the opinion of a respected pundit. I was worried it would just be the view of a gobsh*te.

I saw this somewhere else VC it's alright ranting after the event but it cost us two points,those two points with how tight it is at the bottom...they could be the difference between staying up and going down,do Referee's get a wage because if I had performed like that at work I have been binned. Time referee's where made accountable for shite desisions

Could be the view of Harold Shipman, it’s still spot on.

I wasn't commenting on his views of the penalty,Andy Gray has no respect for woman,and to call him a respected pundit is laughable

Would still love him back... I pay a lot of money - if it makes me laugh, then I'll take it!

Probably past it now. I was gutted when he went to Charlton.
Wasn’t a difficult window for them.

For me, Andy Gray and Martin Tyler were the best. Not seen/heard any better.

I don't particularly like the Jock windbag, but his comments there are spot on.

He's a dick, but even dicks are right occasionally.

Good video of the incident here - still infuriates me!

https://www.facebook.com/SkySports/vide ... 263313000/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

And how on Earth the commentator doesn't think that's a penalty is just ridiculous - getting beyond a joke know.

Whiffa.
That pundit who said 'Not a penalty for me' sounded remarkably like Kevin Gallagher.
Maybe he likes to give the same unbiased opinions as that other no mark, Chris Sutton.

Cheers bud, been looking for a vid of the event to show a work mate. He hadn't seen it. He's a Liverpool fan and nearly fell off his chair when I showed him, his reaction was pretty much the same as everyone else, 'what the hell is the ref playing at there'.

David Provan wasn't it? Must have seen plenty of those in his playing days with Celtic and I bet he claimed for a penalty every time; probably got one too.
