Sussex by the sea versus MIGHTY CLARETS

Post by IanMcL » Sat Feb 09, 2019 4:21 pm

As you know I am feeling rough and not at the match today.

Nonetheless, Madge is fit and raring to get us fired up, to see the lads claim 3points.

Come on you Clarets

No JBG or Brady on the bench. Sick of those lads falling into a black hole despite playing about 20 minutes each man

Dyche told us both JBG and Brady were available for selection days ago.

Weak bench with JBG and Brady missing. Hopefully we won’t need them.

Attackers if we need to score and defenders id we need to keep our lead.

Not a midfielder on the bench - wide or central. What a wonderful window. Well done BFC.

Love it how it's our strongest possible side at the moment, with how well Hendrick is playing, yet everybody goes straight to knocking the players we have on our bench and the transfer window.

Afternoon all from a strange day here in Galway , very mixed with sunshine and mad showers .
After watching the Irish win on the box i hope the Clarets can do the same .

Unless Southampton equalise, we start in the bottom three! That's Barmy, considering how well we have been playing. Bloody refs and linos. 6 points!

And that's what really concerns me. Unbeaten in a while, picking up points but still deep in trouble. Feel we need a win today, made all the more difficult with our threadbare squad. Nervous!

Do you understand what pessimism is? Not a single poster made a comment on how well our starting eleven is doing and instead decided to look as the glass as half empty.

Brighton fans unhappy with the line up - including the inclusion of Bong.

Can just tell that virtue signaller Hughton selected him over Bernardo because it’s us

Come on Burnley! Hoping this starting 11 can carry on the good form, and subs won't really be needed.

Southampton equalise!

Do you understand what risk management is? We went into the last window with defour, brady and jbg as sicknotes and Lennon out for ages.

Setting off for the Lounge in Benalmadena. The starting eleven doesn't fill me with confidence, nor does the bench. But who knows, coyc.

Great win for Cardiff. Superb if they stay up, especially as they would be primed for second season syndrome a la Huddersfield next season.

(Obviously if it isn’t us taking their place, and it is only us to blame if we do)

Why are you making things up? He didn’t “tell us” anything. He talked about them when asked and only an idiot of a manager (maybe Sol Campbell or somebody as stupid as that) would openly rule out 2 player from the 18 so that the opposition would already know ahead of now.

Luckily for “us” Sean Dyche isn’t close to being an idiot.

Can we put one myth to bed that Southampton, Palace, Newcastle etc are all too good to go down.

They are where they are because they aren't.
