Brilliant. For me, the equal of the win over United when Robbie Blake hammered that one in, and the win away at Chelsea.
I thought we were brilliant.

Absorbing game, thoroughly enjoyed that. Passion. character, determination - hurt my throat shouting when Ash netted, you could probably hear me all the way to Vegas. Massive for impetus and confidence was that.
Re: Massive, Outstanding, Huge
I scared the dogs when our second went in.
Re: Massive, Outstanding, Huge
Over the moon , nay Jupiter with this win.
Absolutely fantastic result and should put us in the driving seat
for staying up.
I reckon another 8 points should be enough.
Well done lads, Dyche and the fans too.

Followed the last 10 mins in BKK airport.
People wondered why we were jumping around and at risk of grinning ourselves to death.
Sooooooper result!!!

I’ve run out of words to describe it. Simply a magnificent performance from 1-11. What a shift they put in today. UTC!
Re: Massive, Outstanding, Huge
I might be living in the moment and emotion and probably should watch it back but I don’t remember in any of our wins against the top sides where we have offered such an attacking threat and continued when they equalised to go in an win it. That’s probably my favourite premier league win.

I’m very, very ashamed to say that I was one of the “Dyche Outers” earlier on in the season.
More fool me.

So many on here were quick to turn on Dyche. Hopefully when we do hit another poor run, people will react a bit differently.
I won’t hold my breath though.

ah if you are going to quote me then include the full quote that I always put - style of play was unnecessarily awful, aimless hoofball. I said at the time I want to watch better football regardless of the result. We have massively improved with the change of formation but the biggest difference has been the inclusion and form of McNeil who wouldn't have got a look in bar the injuries.
So, me and others who said the exact same thing about style of play have been proved unequivocally correct. Dyche gets the credit for it though because he changed the formation

Nope sorry Vegas you didn't believe and you were outspoken and negative .
Now we are looking good and will in the top league .

Re: Massive, Outstanding, Huge
hardly, I said our style of football was shite, it was and it was ineffectual - tell me with a straight face I was wrong. Failing that, you can spend the next 50 hours trawling the forum to find me saying anything derogatory about Dyche (hint, you wont, because it was always about style of play)Tribesmen wrote:Nope sorry Vegas you didn't believe and you were outspoken and negative .

like I said, find the posts because you wont. Our style of play was shite, now it's far better, if you can't admit that then I can't help you. You didn't believe what Dyche was doing .
I am i wrong ????????
Others stood by him and did think he would work it out .
Now if we are relegated this season i will still stand by Dyche to take us back to the Prem .
The question is if we went down would you stand by our manager ?????????????????????????????????????

Re: Massive, Outstanding, Huge
100% because we are playing far better football, my thoughts wont change on results and I said that consistently (dig up the threads). We have some good footballers, they proved it last season, but the first half of the season was aimless hoofball, I've said all along I don't care what division we are in as long as we try and play decent football.Tribesmen wrote:You didn't believe what Dyche was doing .

Thoroughly deserved win. Just great. What a performance. Disappointing to see Spurs players moaning like they did and at the referee. How much is Tarkowski worth?

Brilliant team performance!! Special mention for Barnes and Wood. Bullied their defence. Credit to our defence for keeping Son quiet too. He was the one I was worried about. Immensely proud!!

Excellent performance, and we actually took advantage of the space that Winks going off gave us.
Thought we were good before they scored, and outstanding after it.
Up there with one of our best performances at this level.

To be fair dyche was a little stupid not to have seen the problem much earlier, we could have been in a similar position to last season by now, but onwards and upwards, absolutely huge win and performance today and fully deserved. Utc'sBurnleyFC wrote:Absolutely outstanding.

In other wins against the big boys we have for the greater part of the game been on the back foot.
Not today... We played further up the field, yet pressed them hard, made them make mistakes and created chances... Excellent!
