Cardiff next 4 matches

Liverpool Home
Fulham Away
Palace Home
Manure Away

They have to win 3 of these, can anyone seriously think that will happen

The bookies will expect us to lose. The pundits will expect us to lose.

Over 4 games it seems possible we'll pick a point or two up, but individually any objective assessment says defeat in each one is the most likely outcome.

So it would have been good to see the gap stay at 11 tonight. All I was saying. It's going to be 8, so I guess we just have to live with that and hope for the best... UTC.
Wouldn't even surprise me if you really think Cardiff can claw back the -15 goal difference as well.

Can’t believe people think we’re still potentially in trouble. Us and Cardiff have 8 games remaining between us. Cardiff need 7 of those games to go in their favour for them to catch us.

Well, this really puts ‘the cat among the pigeons’. In reality, we need to pick up at least one more point, possibly two, in our final 4 games!

Cue ‘Jaws theme’…………

BHA is a better squad than Cardiff. I would rather play Cardiff next year in the PL than BHA.
Warnock nearly took over at Burnley. He’dfallen Out with Stan Our manager when he criticised Stan’s Management when following him at Bury. Then Warnocks assistant got caught trying to earwig stan’s Team talk at Sheffield Utd. And Cardiff fans used to be among the nastier in the hooligan days. For others because they’re Welsh.

Personally I wanted Cardiff to keep Brighton nervous. I no longer see us as realistically involved. Yes it would be better being statistically safe and hence I can watch it unfold not really bothered either way... which I’d have taken a week or two ago.

The worry for Brighton is their spirit has gone,on the last 2 showings they are more likely to drop than Cardiff, who are still playing as a team.

Even harder than Cardiffs.

But the Private Frasers on here (We're Doomed, Doomed I tell ye) seem to think we are the favourites to go down ......

This is the best result for us. It means that we definitely have something to play for against Chelsea. Like I said before, I think we’ll get a result against them

Well it's a choice of Warnocks Cardiff, or Moneybags Brighton. It'll be a close call. Brighton seem devoid of confidence but both teams have such tough run-ins I can't see either wining another point.

Did our season end on Saturday,I think there is 12 more points to play for for us yet, grow some balls and have faith in the team,no way are we not picking up another point this season, can see at least 4 points for us in those four games.

It’s not hard to see 4 of them going their way - our 4. Have you seen our fixtures? Can not believe people actually wanted a Cardiff win just because of some stupid hatred of Brighton. Just hope it doesn’t come back to bite us in the ass. What the hell is wrong with Brighton anyway? I hope they stay up just to p!ss off the anti Brighton brigade. If Brighton had won we would have been nailed on safe, now we have TWO teams still in striking distance. F**ckin madness.

And as for Cardiff we've a far bigger chance of getting a result against Man City than they have against Liverpool.

Brighton fans are the most two faced, plastic specimens you'll come across.
Years ago they come begging to keep there club afloat and since they moved to the amex, look down at teams like us.. I work in Brighton and the stuff I've over heard about us is just comical. You do realise they still go on about the so called Barton stamp and hope nothing but relegation comes our way.
Apart from that there a lovely club with amazing fans !!

Our form has been good yes but not against City, Arsenal or Chelsea. And last time out Everton buried us alive-at home. Cardiff have 12 points to play for with only one hard game. We have 4 of the toughest games you could ask for. I still think we will be okay but asking for a Cardiff win tonight was just plain daft.

"4-4-1-1 was looking OK but Gross very rusty & what the hell was Murray doing on the wings most of the time. 4-4-2 didn't improve things despite the effort and might be me but has Andone got the right boots as he spent a lot of the time slipping over.

Passing was woeful , dont even mention Stephens supposedly our best passer of the ball could not have passed to a pensioner with a walking frame going at 0.00000001 mph in an empty playing area.

Just not good enough & I have to lay the blame on the players firstly & the coaching staff secondly who obviously dont train the players with weights as they fall over in a breeze let alone under a modest challenge. Fitness seems an issue combined with lack of being able to string two passes together I wonder what exactly the training does involve."

From North Stand chat. What a fantastic critique of his club!

You are being completely stupid making reference to the Everton game in light of both teams, and the form of each since then. Do you really believe they could score five against us now?

As for Cardiff, if you assume they are going to lose against Liverpool are you really suggesting that playing Man U away isn't a difficult game for them and one they have a good chance of winning?

I really don’t care mate, I’d rather they win the PL than Cardiff win tonight. I think this We Hate Brighton thing is all a bit childish.

As one who is not concerned for our safety I’d like to see BHA go. They have more chance of improving than Cardiff. I wonder how much losing Ryan to some tinpot competition has hurt them. They’ve done nothing since.

The only ‘stupid’ thing on here bud is wanting a Cardiff win out of some childish hatred of Brighton, a club with which we have nothing in common. I want any semblance of relegation wiped out and a Brighton win tonight would pretty much have done that.

By the way calling someone stupid is the refuge of someone with no argument. Children do that a lot.

I wanted Cardiff to win as it'll almost certainly mean we finish an extra place higher in the league. Haven't given up on finishing no lower than where we are at the moment.

You can get 325/1 on us to go down.

Notice you're the only one panicking.

Were safe.

Of course it is and as I have said I do think we’ll Be okay but a Brighton win would have nailed it. When Cardiff play at United if they are still in with a shout they will play out of their skins against a United side who may not have a lot to play for, then anything is possible. If by some chance they do beat Liverpool then I suspect a few on here will be regretting their ‘come on Cardiff’ stance tonight.

I don’t know if you are a gambling man (i’m not) but would you put money on us getting a point in the last 4 games? It’s possible, granted, but would you risk your hard earned on it? Everton looks the best bet but when Everton away looks your best chance of points things don’t look good. If we lose all 4 (and it’s possible) then we are relying on other teams results. Do you want that?
