Neal Maupay
Get that bid in Mr Dyche. This guy is class. 27 goals in a mid table side.

Re: Neal Maupay
Looks a decent player, got some pace. Wouldn't mind him at the Turf.

Re: Neal Maupay
Might as well we always sign a top scoring Championship player then bench him.
Re: Neal Maupay
Sergi Canos is the one I'd sign from Brentford. He's got some magic in his boots that boy, and has been known to play wing-back too, so must be at least half-decent at the defensive side of the game.
There's a whole load of players down there that could make the step up, though. Konsa, Mokotjo, Sawyers, Watkins, Canos and Maupay all stand out for them. Strange how they're nowhere near the play-offs

That Watkins looks a good player.

Canos has looked good. Maupay has scored against Leeds as well so he's a good lad.

Brentford's attacking options are fantastic. I'd have 'em at Burnley in a heartbeat.

Re: Neal Maupay
I thought Konsa, Maupay and Canos all looked like they could be good additions for us, on tonight’s evidence.
One has to question why they haven’t challenged though.

Re: Neal Maupay
Maupay looked decent today, not sure I’d pay a ridiculous amount for him though, 10-15m would be my limit but I’d expect they’d demand much more. Konsa is attracting a whole host of suitors from the prem including Arsenal. Would be ideal to slot in for the eventual departure of Tarkowski whenever that happens. Canos probably a bit too hit and miss but he was brilliant today, not sure of his age 22-24 ish?
Watkins is a decent player but that dive annoyed the life out of me. Mokotjo...is that right? Had a stormer in the middle, never stopped running, won the ball multiple times and laid it off to the better ball players.
Our problem is in the middle of the park where we don’t have that ball player...the Defour type.

Re: Neal Maupay
Not interested personally. Plays for a team that creates a hell of a lot of chances, and we already have Vydra.
Stinks of being ripped off and him not delivering. Avoid.

Konsa for Tarkowski. We've got Gibson.Hedontplayforyou wrote:Maupay looked decent today, not sure I’d pay a ridiculous amount for him though, 10-15m would be my limit but I’d expect they’d demand much more. Re: Neal Maupay
I did, please except my apologies, it wasn't a critism it's an awful lot of money in wages and transfer fees, spent on Vydra and Wells and they really have never been given much of a chance....think we are going to have to aim much higher this summer and improve the team ....not the bench.ClaretTony wrote:You said always
