This is a brilliant read. I would love to know who this player is! He doesn’t hold back!

The clue could be when he says " I'll be blowing bubbles when we get playing though "

It's a parody surely, belief suspended at "He’s a really interesting person, very self-effacing and kind. He has given away all of his £200,000-per-month wages for about three years now,......"

What a great read .I wonder how many more there are like him ? Interesting that he's been able to keep his generosity secret for three years .Sound bloke...a bit different to that old Etonian twit ( loaded ) who runs the investment company which is marketing investment opportunities stemming from the current covid crisis .Most of the PL players are youngish lads who have done extremely well because they can kick a ball round better than most of the rest of us but they won't do that well forever..they are in the main ordinary lads who made good...they weren't born to a privileged life like the bloke I've alluded to..let them pay their fair share...for a change...not just footballers.

Sweary and not altogether coherent or consistent rant. What substance there is could have been covered in a few sentences.

I thought we'd worked out it was Dave Kitson a long time ago

anyone who has seen what John Nicholson writes for any length of time would know that he is not short of telling anyone what he thinks and so I stick with his insight on the player in question - I may not always agree with Nicholson but he his always worth reading - posted his articles many times

If true, it's brilliant. If it's made up, it's brilliant!

Mark Noble only 32 - could be him for sure but he is saying that by the time he finishes he’ll have been playing for 20 years.
I thought Troy Deeney may be a shout when reading it but now thinking it could be Ben Foster (he’s 36)
Also thought about Leighton Baines - 35.

To be fair on this site you could just about believe that any viewpoints are serious ones so telling a joke apart from a stupid idiotic serious comment can be pretty difficult
