Sordell completes Coventry move
Former Burnley striker Marvin Sordell is back in League One with his move to Coventry having been confirmed by the Sky Blues this morning.
They have agreed a one year deal with the player with an option for a second year in the club’s favour after he caught the eye of manager Tony Mowbray during his impressive spell for Colchester last season.
Mowbray said: “Marvin is a player that the club followed closely last year and was a prime target for us in the summer window. He performed extremely well for Colchester United in the first half of last season and will give us another valuable option in attack. Marvin is still relatively young and I see plenty of potential for him to progress with us and make a positive impact on the season.”Share this page :
