U23s and U18s are second and fourth at Christmas
The under-23s go into Christmas in second place in the Professional Development League. Three teams are locked together on 30 points with Birmingham having the best goal difference (+15) and therefore top of the league with Leeds (+10) behind us (+11) in third place.
There are three teams all on the same points at the top of the U18 Professional Development League table too. Sheffield Wednesday, Nottingham Forest and Leeds all have 34 points. We are currently in fourth place with 28 points. Four defeats in the last six games have seen us drop away from the leading three teams.
Both teams will start 2019 with games against Sheffield Wednesday at home. The under-18s will be in action at Gawthorpe on Saturday 5th while the under-23s will face the same opponents two days later. The game is currently scheduled to be played at Curzon Ashton.
