1718 burnley kevin long 00 500x500Burnley have fallen to a big 5-0 defeat at Arsenal today and you can now make your choice as to who you thought was our man of the match.

Kevin Long was the winner last week in the 0-0 draw against Brighton. It was his first ever man of the match award and was fully deserved after an outstanding defensive display from the Republic of Ireland international.

Who will be your choice this week? The voting poll is now available below and, if viewing the desktop version of the site, on every page below the monthly archive links. The poll will remain open until the end of Wednesday with the result confirmed on Thursday.

The top four in the vote, along with the top four in the message board player ratings, will win points towards the Up the Clarets Player of the Year.

With four players still able to land the award of Up the Clarets Player of the Year – Jόhann Berg Guðmundsson, Ben Mee, Nick Pope and James Tarkowski – this and next week’s vote against Bournemouth will be vital in determining who follows Mee, last year’s winner, as the second to win the award since Up the Clarets started in 2016.
