The fixtures are being released for the 2020/21 season in Premier League 2 and the U18 Premier League, two leagues Burnley will be playing in for the first time having been granted Category Status within EPPP for the first time.

Leeds and Crystal Palace have stepped up to Category 1 alongside us while Swansea have taken the decision to drop down due to the costs of running a Category 1 academy estimated by their club at around £3 million. It has left 13 clubs in each division. In Premier League 2, for the under-23s, there are first and second divisions with promotion and relegation. The U18 Premier League has north and south divisions with West Brom moving from north to south to balance the leagues which are 13 in each division.

The opening fixtures will be played around the weekend of Saturday 12th September. The under-18 games are most likely to be played on the Saturday of each weekend while under-23 games are more likely to be played on Friday or Monday.

We have been given away games to kick off in both leagues, at Wolves for the under-23s and at Stoke for the under-18s
