Sean Dyche has confirmed today that Robbie Brady, who was withdrawn five minutes before half time at Leicester, has suffered a minor rib fracture.

That will rule him out of tomorrow’s game at Millwall and his absence will be determined by how long it takes the pain to reduce.

There is some brighter news. The manager has again said that James Tarkowski has a chance of playing in a game where he has suggested some of the younger players might get a game. He admitted the younger players who have been training with the squad are itching to play.

On the subject of new singings, he admitted that there are a couple of things that are maybes but added: “Still not sure on guidelines from the board and the chairman.”
