Burnley sign Olomowewe

Burnley have made another signing today for the development squad with the capture of central defender Taofiq Olomowewe on a deal until the end of next season.

Olomowewe has been with the Nike Academy but was previously with Dagenham & Redbridge and development squad coach Michael Jolley said of him: “Taofiq is a terrific character with real potential, who has been here for a little while on trial.

“We are delighted to have him here and hopefully he will have a good career at Burnley.”
