Burnley have twice come from behind to beat Leicester City 4-3 tonight in our first Premier League Cup game of the season.

We fell behind for the first time just past the half hour when Wanya Marçal scored for Leicester and it looked as though we were going to go into the break with a one goal deficit. That was until Joe Westley (pictured) equalised in the final minute of the half, converting a Kian Le Fondre cross with Le Fondre making his final contribution before giving way to Lewis Richardson before the start of the second half.

Just over ten minutes into the second half, we found ourselves behind again to an Amani Richards goal but then we turned things round with two goals in three minutes just past the hour. Basilio Rieno Socoliche scored the second equaliser when he latched on to a poor clearance to score from close range.

Three minutes later and we went in front for the first time when Richardson wrong footed the goalkeeper with a good strike.

Ten minutes from the end, Westley scored his second and our fourth when he was set up following some excellent work from Richardson.

It looked all over but Leicester pulled one back through Silko Thomas in the fourth minute of stoppage time but that was the end of the scoring with the Clarets winning the game 4-3.
