Club shop – the latest look
The big change this week at Turf Moor is the disappearance of the floodlight pylon between the Bob Lord and cricket field stands, but it’s something I certainly wouldn’t have noticed today had it not been mentioned on the message board.
The new pylon is expected to be in place in around two weeks time and the same will have to be done at the other end of the Bob Lord as the club prepares for another season in the Premier League with the required lighting for television.
More of interest, the work continues in that second corner on the new club shop and ticket office and it is beginning to look much different this week with a large amount of the scaffolding removed from the front on Harry Potts Way.
