Derby Day Delight
Burnley have recorded a 2-0 victory this afternoon in a behind closed doors game against Blackburn Rovers to get our Central League Cup campaign off to a perfect start.
A goal five minutes before half time from Darko Churlinov, who is on his way back from a serious illness, was followed by a Will Hugill goal in the second half, and how much will that mean to him? He was a Turf Moor season ticket holder prior to signing for the club.
All this on the eighth anniversary of Scott Arfield scoring our goal in the 1-0 Championship win at Ewood too.
