International call for Lafferty

Danny Lafferty has today been called up for Northern Ireland for their forthcoming friendly internationals against Wales and Slovenia. Lafferty will be hoping to add to the twelve caps he’s won, the last of them against Qatar at Crewe’s Gresty Road last May.

The Wales game will be played a the Cardiff City Stadium on Thursday 24th March with the Slovenia game at Windsor Park, Belfast on the following Tuesday.
