There was good news from Sean Dyche this morning when he reported that Jay Rodriguez, who suffered an injury in the League Cup win at Millwall, is back training with the squad and that surely means he’s likely to be available for our game next Monday at West Brom.

He also brought good news on Matt Lowton. He’s back in training but currently with the physios while we await the return of Robbie Brady and Jόhann Berg Guðmundsson from international duty along with Bailey Peacock-Farrell who was a late withdrawal for Northern Ireland last night.

The manager also confirmed that it is unlikely there will be any new signings prior to the domestic window closing at 5 p.m. tomorrow.
