The under-21s have come from behind twice tonight to beat Hull City 3-2 in the Professional Development League.

We fell behind on 17 minutes to a Allahyar goal but Marcel Lewis equalised soon afterwards having been played in by Jez Davies. That took us to half time with the score at 1-1.

Just before the hour, Hull went in front again with a Will Jarvis goal but again we drew level from the penalty spot with Ne-Jai Tucker netting the penalty.

It looked as though it was going to end in a 2-2 draw but in the final minute of the game prior to stoppage time, Seb Thompson (pictured) ran onto a ball over the Hull defence and converted across the goalkeeper to win it for the Clarets.

The teams were;

Hull: David Robson, Trialist, Jack Leckie, Alfie Taylor, Matty Jacob, Oliver Green, Harry Vaughan, Callum Jones, Will Jarvis, Jim Simms, Allahyar. Subs: George Wilson, Kyle Fanning, Harry Wallis, Sincere Hall, Jake Brown.

Burnley: Denis Franchi, Keelan Williams (Alex Healy-Byrne 73), Dan Sassi, Jack Turner (Jack McEvilly 67), Brad Grant, Renaldo Torraj, Joe Bauress, Jez Davies, Marcel Lewis, Ne-Jai Tucker, Seb Thompson. Subs not used: Harry Moss, Kade Ratchford, Tom Tweedy
