March date for FA Youth Cup tie
The date for our FA Youth Cup 6th round tie against Manchester City has been confirmed for two weeks today.
Kick off on Wednesday, 4th March is 7 p.m. with the game to be played at their Academy Stadium which is close to the main stadium and within the Etihad Campus.
We are coming up against the current leaders of the north group of the U18 Premier League, a team that have made a habit of playing in FA Youth Cup finals, but should we beat them then we will face a one off away game against Blackburn or Arsenal in the semi-finals.
Our tie will be the last of the 6th round ties to be played which are
27th Feb – Chelsea v Millwall
28th Feb – Manchester United v Wigan
29th Feb – Blackburn v Arsenal
4th March – Manchester City v Burnley
Admission at the academy stadium will be £3 adults and £1 concessions.
