Williams played under Coyle in 08-09 and missed the playoffs (did his loan expire?)

Baird played under Dyche when we were promoted in 14

Plenty of fun to be had without the tie If watching the races having a drink and a flutter are your thing then no need to upgrade It does feel like an occasion to go in the grandstand suited and booted but you don’t gain much - access for all to the parade ring, food and drink so if you want to save...

Their best players - arguably - last year were the U21 keeper Beadle (on loan from Brighton) and Shea Charles, CM on loan from Southampton

We should be looking at Charles in my opinion

Tom Heaton was an amazing signing… but did not get anywhere near the service Dobo gave the club. Dobson played 224 times signed from Bolton - promoted once to Div1 and relegated once Dobson played 186 times after signed from Everton - promoted once from Div3 to Div2 - relegated once Heaton played 1...

Its AFCON 21 Dec to 18 Jan so we might avoid a couple of big hitters (notably Salah and Mbuemo if he goes to Utd)
