Exemptions appear to be Big Les, Weiss, Banel and Agyei only on the basis of being born after 010104
Amdouni and Beyer injured
Which leaves another 27 players on the current squad list - presumably Delcroix and maybe Benson are the two not currently included but i'm speculating

I very much doubt any hold up in transfers occur because the squad are in Portugal.
