Some years back the national guidelines changed regarding the depth of water the diving boards went over. It's a while since I managed swimming pools but I seem to recall 3.5 metres being the "new" regulation depth for a 1m unsprung board, increasing as the boards became higher and sprung. Before th...

Not sure where you'll find them in East Lancashire, but there's a good chance they'd have them you'd find them (when in season) at Waitrose (Preston, Manchester for example). Here in the south, Waitrose branches usually stock them from the beginning of the season (which can be as early as the first...

The two things Barnes did for the goals today wouldn't have been fouls, though, even with VAR. He all but cleaned out Hernandez before he could become involved in the play without actually going into foul territory. He's just strong as fk, puts himself about and never gets bullied. You're allowed t...

If they give the council the money to invest in said projects, they might as well throw it down the drain! Bradford could, and should, be a great city, but it’s not. Especially disappointed in Hall. He was a record holder at short course swimming back in the day. He knows how to be fit. He blew everyone away at the Tommy Centre when he swam there. And yet Thor turns up fitter than him.
