Tresor will probably go down in clarets folklore along with the likes of Remco Van Der Shaaf, Berisa Bresart, Marco Gentilé and Bambo as one of those players who appear to be mysteriously kept away from the first team.

Re: Losing a boot during play

It amazed me that they were prepared to lose possession because one of our players had lost his boot. My mind went back to the likes of Brian O'Neil who would probably play in bare feet before giving the other side possession. I would hope that this is not our modus operandi and that Parker had a 'w...

Surely having an arm in an offside position doesn't matter because you aren't allowed to use your arm, it's called 'handball'.

Great report. I was also distraught. But agree it was excellent defending throughout by a Burnley team, something that was very much absent the last time we had a go at this league. Play like that and we have every chance of staying in it.

Had the incredible knack of popping worldy goals into the top bin on regular occasions. But to do what he did at Ewood to win the league for me more than balanced the embarrassing 5-0 drubbing.
So a big thank you from me and the very best of luck for your loan at Swansea.

I think he tries too hard at times and yesterday was an example, probably because it was against his former employee. But he remains a different option for the manager deploy, as a starter. or off the bench thst I believe will be beneficial as the season gets underway.
