Also at home why when I want to sit down in the armchair for a few minutes or simply lie down on the bed for a brief rest I can’t because each are piled high with pillows and enormous cushions. It really is an issue.

There was an old saying "I blame the parents".
I think this needs to be tweaked to "I blame the grandparents" judging by some of the stuff we see in life or on line from people aged 50+!

Re: RATE THE REF - Michael Salisbury v Sunderland
15 15 20 15 I had to think and then rethink before awarding Mr Salisbury a few half decent marks. With some of the jokers we get at the Turf it’s a challenge to get out of single digit marks. Usually I’m foaming at the mouth and screaming at the limp efforts at refereeing that we have witnessed but ...

Would you bring Edwards on when you’re 1-0 up with 10 mins to go ? That’s the question you need to ask . This reminded me of Burnley v West Ham in 2023 under VK. We were good value for a 1-0 lead with about 10 minutes to play. West Ham had a few big men up front and were starting to play long balls...

Atmosphere seemed good yesterday although speakers in Longside upper were very loud. It’s not just Burnley fans who moan. I was on Everton (Grand Old Team) forum the other day and they were playing hell about customer service and everything else at their club. They have a brand new stadium as well. 🤣

In so much as somebody playing at a level above their recent showings I would love to see Lyle Foster consistently achieving the form he showed at beginning of our last Premier League season. We know it’s in there somewhere but for the most part has been deeply hidden.

I bet those accountants didn't tell any business "you haven't enough debt, you need to borrow some money at high rates and lend it to someone interest free". I hope his injury is not as serious as first thought? His comments would indicate a lengthy period away from the game.
I must admit that I didn’t think he would ever play for Burnley again after the issues towards the end of the transfer window last September.

As with ‘Haha Yeah’ above you are correct with Jimmy Mullen 3rd from right.
