I have COPD and am suffering from breathing problems atm.
There is no way I will manage the extra walk around the ground to get back to the car.
Any advise to where to park as a disabled person please.
That may help me to continue going to Turf Moor.

My Son who was in The Royal Navy for over 13 years, works in AI in the private sector.
It is mainly defence related that he works on.
Last month he gave a Presentation at NATO Conference in Geneva regarding the safety of in Conflict.
He is only on a NATO sub Committee regarding the safety of AI

Today across our 4 coaches we have 80 bookings. Would take a hell of a lot of work to monitor payments, chase people who don't pay etc. But we mat try it for the 1st game next season and see how it goes. Yes I realise that, but I'm sure there are a lot of regulars that you wouldn't have to chase up...

When we put coaches on everyone has to pay up front.
It works for us, and I do think you should think about this.
Not confirming a booking until you have received the money.
I know its more work, but at least you are not losing money.

Missed going to the game due to having Pneumonia, which has really floored me.

The women who was on the counter, was very sharp.
My sister and another lady wanted to pay by Direct Debit, but she said they couldn't set it up today
It really is unbelievable the lack of customer service by some staff.

I have received 2 of 3 registered at my address.
Just rung the ticket office and they said if not here by Wednesday.
Contact them and they will reprint it in time for Saturday.
